Drop-In Clinics

Breastfeeding is heart warming and magical, but it can also feel lonely and isolating. It involves giving so much love, touch, and care, while often feeling untouched or not fully understood yourself.

Our drop-in clinics offer tailored 45-minute breastfeeding support sessions for mothers who are feeding their baby breast milk and may be seeking reassurance, guidance, or help with any challenges along the way.

Each session is led by a trained lactation professional, either a Certified Lactation Counsellor (CLC) or an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), who provides expert advice and compassionate care, completely centred on your individual needs.

Whether you're navigating difficulties or simply have a few questions, our clinics offer a safe, private, and confidential space where you can feel truly supported.

Check our social media or use the booking link below to find upcoming dates and times.

Our mums have said...

My partner and myself recently attended the breastfeeding support clinic. We can't not express how thankful we are for the service we received. It's our first time breast feeding and we were after some advise on tongue tie, positions, pumping and bottles. As well as reassurance that we are doing it right!
On arrival we were greeted by Amy who is a mental health support peer. Amy was lovely very welcoming, and knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to and approach! We instantly felt safe and like we has made the right choice to come.
Following this we met Vivian, who was also warm and welcoming! We started by chatting about our baby and what we were looking for from the session. We then got straight into things. We were both over the moon with all the information, guidance, support and knowledge we received. We feel much more settled in what we are doing and how to progress forward. We had so many questions and Vivian didn't hesitate to explain each one to us.
We highly recommend attendance to the clinic days or the cafe to receive some support if you're unsure on anything or just want some reassurance!

Other things we do

Breastfeeding Cafés

Our weekly cafes offer a safe, friendly and understanding environment for breastfeeding mums to connect, chat and feel supported. We chat over tea (or coffee) and cake, discussing a different topic each week.

Events

Throughout the year, we host larger community events to celebrate key awareness days and annual milestones, bringing families together for fun, connection, and support.

We believe kindness inspires more kindness.

Whether it's a donation, offering help in our group, or volunteering your time, every contribution makes a difference.
