Supporting mothers in their breastfeeding journeys in Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

As breastfeeding rates continue to drop, many families find themselves without the support they need to meet their own feeding goals. We soon realised that everyone deserves access to the right support and the right to make informed decisions about feeding their baby. We believe that each family should be able to have the breastfeeding journey that works for them whatever that looks like. We believe everyone deserves trustworthy, compassionate, and consistent support. We’re here to walk beside you, however your journey looks.

Make a Donation

Your donation can help us cover essential costs and provide vital breastfeeding support, from running cafés and clinics to training volunteers and offering one-to-one guidance for families.

Get Support

Our regular clinics offer a safe, supportive space for breastfeeding mothers to ask questions, seek reassurance, or get help with any challenges they may be facing.

Become a Peer Supporter â€‹

Becoming a peer supporter is a rewarding way to share your experience and help others on their breastfeeding journey, whether you’ve overcome challenges or simply want to offer support, your story can make a real difference.

At the heart of everything we do are the values that guide our support, shape our services, and reflect our commitment to the families we serve:

  • Compassion – We offer a safe, understanding space where every parent feels heard, supported, and valued.

  • Inclusivity – We welcome all families, respecting each individual’s journey, background, and experience.

  • Empowerment – We support informed choices through evidence-based guidance and respectful, non-judgemental care.

  • Community – We build connection through shared experiences, peer support, and mutual encouragement.

  • Integrity – We uphold confidentiality, transparency, and trust in everything we do.

  • Accessibility – We aim to make our services approachable and adaptable to meet the varied needs of our community.

Breastfeeding Cafés

Our weekly cafes offer a safe, friendly and understanding environment for breastfeeding mums to connect, chat and feel supported. We chat over tea (or coffee) and cake, discussing a different topic each week.

Drop-In Clinics

We run regular clinics for mothers who may be looking for reassurance or help with any challenges along the way. Whether you're experiencing difficulties or just want to ask a few questions, our clinics offer a safe, private, and confidential space.

Events

Throughout the year, we host larger community events to celebrate key awareness days and annual milestones, bringing families together for fun, connection, and support.

Support Our Work with a Donation

As a charity, we rely on donations to help cover our core running costs and deliver the services and support we offer to families. Donations give us the flexibility to respond to need, grow our projects, and offer the best possible support where it’s most needed.

Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you’ve attended one of our cafés, received support, or simply found helpful information here on our website, please consider donating.
